Your Personalised Spyder 718-RSK

All our cars use the same body and therefore look identical regardless of which model and options you decide on. Your personalised Spyder 718-RSK recreation can be painted in a colour of your choice, although our most popular options are original colours that the cars raced in, which were the famous "Silver Bullets" and Meissen blue. The interior leather trim can be made in a selection of different colours of your choice. We do tend to find tan works very well with the blue and red contrasts well with the silver.

You can choose to have our base model, which uses a VW Beetle chassis and utilises refurbished Beetle running gear, which is rear-engined. This configuration does provide a surprisingly generous luggage area in the rear for your weekends away. There are upgrade options available with this design, brakes, suspension and engine size.

The next option is to use our purpose-built tubular fully space-framed chassis, which has a mid-engine configuration and is the most authentic option. This is a close reproduction of the original cars. The front and rear suspension use double wishbones with adjustable coil over shocks and anti-roll bars.
